Define the approval question
An industrial-sludge offer should cover the operating states the buyer actually needs. Where cleaning cycles coincide with dewatering instability, describe the changed feed instead of asking the supplier for an undefined stronger cationic product.
Identify the product code, representative sludge and operating constraint before requesting a commercial commitment.
Document the event without presuming cause
Record timing, solids, pH, conductivity, temperature and known upstream additions before and after the event. Identify whether the activation-water source also changes. The industrial variability record provides the feed framework.
A correlation with cleaning does not prove a specific chemical mechanism. Preserve measurements and process history so the trial can test a meaningful comparison.
Keep activation as a separate control
Compare plant-prepared solution with an appropriately controlled reference where practical. Verify neat and water flows, solution age and injection before ranking candidate grades. Use the make-down procedure to separate preparation changes from sludge changes.
Do not adjust dose, dilution, coagulant and machine settings simultaneously and then assign the result entirely to a new emulsion.
Define coverage and response limits
Test candidates on representative normal and difficult feed. Set output limits and an agreed response when feed lies outside the tested range. Include the time and cost of any proposed additional chemical or operational control in the purchase comparison.
A product is not a substitute for necessary upstream process control. Retain responsible process-team review where the proposed change affects treatment or return streams beyond dewatering.
Challenge a favorable comparison
If every candidate performs poorly only when the make-down water changes, a larger stock of a new high-charge grade may not address the root limitation. Resolve the preparation condition before accepting an emergency supplier substitution as the permanent solution.
Record the unresolved boundary with the trial result. An expected operating benefit is not a measured saving or an unrestricted product guarantee.
Keep the acceptance record
| Buying check | Evidence | Acceptance limit |
|---|---|---|
| Event | Measured feed and water record | Cause not inferred from timing |
| Control | Verified preparation and reference | Variables separated |
| Coverage | Normal and difficult acceptance | Limits and response defined |
Retain sample identity, measured preparation conditions and synchronized feed and outlet results. Use the record to distinguish an agreed product change from a change in sludge or equipment.
Prepare the supplier brief
Send event-linked feed and water data, current product, dose, system readings and machine output. Request a sample comparison for the documented conditions rather than a guaranteed cure for every cleaning event.
Send the evidence through the cationic emulsion sample and RFQ form. Confirm the offered code, availability, packaging and document scope with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd. before ordering.
