Connect COA data to identity
Agree the product code, lot, active content and other relevant release properties before purchase. A COA supports identity and consistency; it does not replace the sludge trial.
Retain a sealed receiving sample and record delivery condition so any later investigation has a defensible reference.
Fit package and storage
Choose drums or IBCs around consumption, unloading, containment, transfer pump and turnover. Follow product-specific temperature, recirculation and shelf-life guidance.
Inspect seals, labels and phase condition on receipt. Protect the emulsion from incompatible transfer residues and uncontrolled water entry.
Prepare export details
Provide destination, quantity, packaging, document language and required shipping schedule. Confirm SDS and COA availability with the quoted grade.
