Define the approval question
A chamber or recessed-plate filter press should be evaluated over its full operating cycle. Cationic emulsion is a candidate conditioning option only where feed and site testing support it; the plant should not assume that a grade accepted on another machine transfers unchanged.
Identify the product code, representative sludge and operating constraint before requesting a commercial commitment.
Define the actual press cycle
Record feed solids, upstream conditioning, pump and transfer route, plate and cloth context, filling, squeezing where applicable and discharge. Identify which stages constrain throughput or release. The combined endpoint guide helps avoid selecting by cake dryness alone.
Describe any existing inorganic conditioning separately. A trial replacing only polymer is different from a proposal to change the complete sludge-conditioning program.
Test the structure under pressure
Use appropriate bench filtration where available to narrow candidates, with equal active-dose basis and controlled activation. Observe filtrate quality and evidence of a compressible or sealing layer. Keep the offered code connected to the tested material.
Do not interpret large floc or fast free drainage as complete proof of performance under the press cycle. The production test must resolve the remaining pressure and release questions.
Measure the complete accepted cycle
Track filtrate, cycle duration, cake, release and throughput under comparable feed and mechanical conditions. Review the injection point and transfer shear if a promising laboratory result fails to reproduce.
Keep any adjustment to cloth cleaning, pressure or feed program in the trial record. A product benefit should not be credited with an unrelated maintenance improvement.
Challenge a favorable comparison
A candidate may create a drier cake but lengthen the cycle sufficiently to miss daily solids demand. Evaluate the operating balance before awarding supply or claiming savings from cake solids alone.
Record the unresolved boundary with the trial result. An expected operating benefit is not a measured saving or an unrestricted product guarantee.
Keep the acceptance record
| Buying check | Evidence | Acceptance limit |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Cycle and existing conditioning | Correct substitution boundary |
| Screen | Filtration and active-dose record | Pressure behavior still verified |
| Acceptance | Cycle, capture and release | Daily duty remains achievable |
Retain sample identity, measured preparation conditions and synchronized feed and outlet results. Use the record to distinguish an agreed product change from a change in sludge or equipment.
Prepare the supplier brief
Send press configuration, full cycle record, current conditioning program, feed data and acceptance limits. Request a conditional sample evaluation rather than an untested guarantee that cationic emulsion will fit every pressure-filtration duty.
Send the evidence through the cationic emulsion sample and RFQ form. Confirm the offered code, availability, packaging and document scope with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd. before ordering.
